Denali Kitchen Solutions was founded by Barrett Bowen, a construction professional with years of hands-on experience managing complex building projects across Texas. As a former multifamily construction superintendent, Barrett built his career coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring projects were completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
A U.S. Army veteran, Barrett brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to every job. Denali Kitchen Solutions specializes in the receiving, installation, and setup of commercial kitchen equipment, providing dependable service to contractors, dealers, and foodservice operators.
Our goal is simple: deliver professional installations that keep projects moving and kitchens ready for operation.
Darla Stewart brings over 30 years of experience in foodservice project management and procurement, with a proven track record overseeing kitchen equipment installations across higher education, K–12 schools, healthcare facilities, national restaurant chains, and agencies and municipalities throughout the State of Texas.
In addition to her project management expertise, Darla has served as a foodservice equipment manufacturer’s representative, giving her a comprehensive perspective on project planning from both the buyer’s and seller’s viewpoints. She is widely recognized for her deep understanding of foodservice operations, group purchasing organizations, and cost-saving strategies, as well as her strong commitment to innovative problem-solving.
